» Notable Traits: Nezumi's face, sleep deprived
» 15-second Summary: A WWI vet, law school dropout, and angry poet from the 1920s. Fell in love with a hot and mysterious stranger who turned out to be Lucifer. Cecy decided was his muse and, when Lucy wandered off, Cecy damned himself trying to find him again. After 400-ish years in Hell, Lucy happened to wander by and rescue him from unending torment at the hands of demons by putting him in his torturer's body. You know, for old time's sake. Now adrift in a 23XX heading for the capital-A Apocalypse, Cecy just wants to live a quiet life and enjoy not being in Hell.

» Clothing: Lots of loose oversized layers, subdued/neutral colors, generally over-dressed for the weather. (He gets cold.) A bit like a thrift store exploded on him, but in a way that looks quirky and stylish, as opposed to a mess.
ABILITIES & PERMISSIONS
» Abilities: Body's generally souped up compared to base human, though he's easily outclassed on superhuman scales. He can do some minor shape-shifting like grow claws, sharpen teeth, enhance senses, etc. Also has some wind elemental stuff. Sometimes he loses control of these when panicked or stressed.
» Permissions: Please get in touch for any violence or coercion since his powers would likely freak out in response. I'm also fine with sexytimes, but if anything were to happen I'd lean toward FTB and focus on build up/fall out. If in doubt, feel free to poke me any time. /o/
» Sensing: He is a raggedy human soul stapled into a demon body of decent power. Some of the staples are a bit loose. Feel free to pick up on any of that. Cecy himself can vaguely sense infernal or divine powers, though not with much detail due to lack of practice.
